He took the time to explain everything clearly, provided all the estimates in detail, and made sure I understood the scope of work before moving forward. His guidance made the entire project much easier and more organized.

The team was professional, responsive, and paid close attention to details. The workmanship was solid, and the finished basement looks clean, modern, and well done. Any questions or small concerns were addressed promptly.

Reached out to US Home because they were completing a similar project in our neighborhood. Sean promised to transform our outdated first floor in a total of 3 months, and the team delivered. Scope of work included a bathroom and kitchen remodel, deck with screened in porch, and roof/siding replacement. Min made sure the project stayed on schedule and overages were limited to items we didn't include in the contract. The crew (Dave and Justin) were very accommodating and had a great eye for detail. Bottom line is that they do great work and we'd hire them again!

Min and his team completed my room addition in 2018. They ran into challenges from the rainy weather, but overcame all obstacles to get things done. I love my new room!

Extremely pleased with my beautiful bathroom renovation. Min gut renovated a very old upstairs bathroom, shared by our family of 4, so while may have been a small job for him, it was of major importance to us. He accommodated our extremely tight time frame that no other contractors would dare commit to. He accommodated my design ideas and subsequent changes to our design beautifully and offered good design advice when needed. A few things needed to be addressed in the year or two afterwards -- not from fault of Min, resulting from our not following his design/advice about installing a glass wall/door for our bathtub-shower. Min came immediately to address issues and never pointed fingers or asked questions. Min came highly recommended by very discerning friends with high end tastes and homes, who continue to hire Min for more work. I trust Min and would likely hire him again if we decide to do more work.

US Home Design Build proved to be an outstanding choice for my wife and I to custom build a high quality, two story addition (four season sunroom and covered patio) onto our 1968 colonial style home in Fairfax County, Virginia. Our vision for such an addition was to involve the meticulous planning, design and construction of a highly custom, expanded living space, utilizing the finest materials, fixtures and hardware. The design was conceived to appear wholly integrated into the existing architecture of the residence; as if built at the time of the home’s construction. After interviewing a variety of custom builders, we chose US Home Design Build. Simply stated, we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and reputation of US Home Design Build, along with their representatives Mr. Sean Brennan and Mr. Min Yi. From the outset, the project proved challenging, yet Min Yi and his crew never failed to provide us with impeccable quality of craftsmanship and a conscientious work ethic. Min would frequently suggest practical improvements to the design, construction and associated hardware of the ongoing project; all at no increase in cost. Min always listened carefully and never failed to satisfy my every concern and stated objective. Even unavoidable delays (associated with third party design and construction of elaborate custom windows and doors) never disrupted the focus, momentum or morale of US Home Design Build. The project was completed flawlessly; on schedule and on budget. My wife and I could not be happier. We now have the four season sunroom and patio of our dreams, thanks to Min and his crew.

I would highly recommend this company. They put an addition on our house and it looks like it's always been there. Min is outstanding and was here almost everyday checking to be sure everything was done exactly as we wanted it.
